Failure is evidence of attempting something. Success is the same. Results exist because we tried something.
In the 900s magazine articles, I discussed Tumblbug a lot, and I think I’ll probably wrap up with Tumblbug. I plan to make 10 different attempts down to 0. In the 800s, I’m thinking of discussing mobile field stories. Since it’s my specialty and I know the long history, just delivering information would provide enough content. Since I’ll be continuously working on Tumblbug projects, I’ll occasionally share updates while writing in the 800s.
Having lived this long, life is truly short. The time I’ve lived passes by like a panorama, and if this much time passes again, I’ll already be well past the age of death. Death is telling me to save time. In a way, I don’t know how to spend time properly, so I just spend it habitually as I always have. Most of my time is spent on development.
Recently, I’m participating in more than two projects using YOLO models, so it’s become my current interest. Since the AI field is hot, the technology stacks from the past seem to be fading away to the point where I can barely remember when it started, and only technology stacks that combine with AI remain.
Back then, I had the power to think for myself, but there was constant external pressure. Now, the external pressure remains the same, but I’ve gained the power to push back against it. However, even if I push back and bounce away, it’s still within Earth. Deep-sea exploration on Earth isn’t even finished yet, but having to play within boundaries created by humans rather than Earth itself is truly regrettable.
I understand why people suddenly head off to Everest, the North Pole, or the South Pole. We engage in meaningless hobbies within human-made boundaries and bicker within them. Nature is magnificent, and even that magnificent nature is just a speck compared to the universe. Even going smaller to molecules, atoms, subatomic particles, and quantum mechanics, there are magnificent laws and formulas created by geniuses that we can’t understand in a lifetime. We may not be able to make cars, but we can drive them, yet these difficult academic fields are hard even to understand.
Nevertheless, I have my own big picture, so I leave writings here and there. Like in Inception, small seeds of thought will eventually destroy the wrong world itself. I plant seeds of thought while observing the following:
Predictions for Change
Transformation of Education: I believe that most education except compulsory education will disappear, and policies will be established to prevent AI from touching compulsory education at all.
The End of Titles: I believe Andy Warhol’s logic that you can mess with cooking after getting a chef title will be broken. The era of titles in all fields will end soon. Of course, definite titles like president will remain, but reflecting on current times, just as Yoon Seok-yeol’s time has ended, life where ‘the present’ is always important will come. So an era will come where even retired professors receive applause for new challenges, and they must do so.
Universal Welfare Society: I think a society of universal welfare will come. Therefore, I think those who challenge and solve food shortages, water supply problems, and environmental issues completely, rather than other things, will remain in history. I think names of kings and such will completely disappear from history books.
The Fall of Money-Centered Thinking: The honor of people who live looking at money will completely fall to the ground. I’m making this happen.
The Return of Technology Booms: The already-passed metaverse and blockchain booms will rise again. They’ll revive with the rebellion of developers backed by AI.
The Era of Creative Productivity: The era of people who are not creative, not productive, and only complain, grumble, and criticize will completely end. Eventually, an era will return where those who cultivate new industries and create jobs receive the most applause. The vested interest system will completely collapse, and the era of people who bragged there will completely end. The history of sending all the rich people with only money to the guillotine in Europe will be recreated in modern form.
The Rebellion of Digital Natives
The reason for all this is that while it was difficult to change history through lower-class uprisings in past history, the current lower class and future lower class are digital native generations. And it’s an era that wants to resolve the unfairness received from birth. In that era, we can sense people who play and eat for life and just exclude them and play together. This isn’t a story of the distant future. The rebellion of brilliant lower classes will begin soon.
